Dhabhai Kund is one of the good Step Wells in Bundi. Close to the main city, it shows the artistic skills. But there is no proper maintenance by authorities. In March, there was no water in it. Waste were dumped in it also.

Bypass the now setting and rubbish and you have a really facinating building. The work involved in this all them years ago and yet it looks so modern. Personally i loved it

The best thing about this place is ... free of charge. To me, this is an ordinary step well without any attractive feature. The well is dry.

Though its biggest and deep, its history does not attract much tourists. The stepwel itself is in poor condition. Can halt just for few clicks. very near to rani ji ki baori

The largest baori in bundi constructed hundreds of years ago for water storage. Symmetrically made steps on three sides make it an amazing sight. During monsoons, the water level tech quite high n make it even better. The water is white dirty though.

As bundi is the "City of Stepwells", so I visited Dhabhai Kund. It actually reminded me of abhaneri chand baori, but this one is smaller in size. (But not too small) We took some pictures and were off in 10 mins. Why? Locals are now...More

The step well is the best in Bundi and Bundi is noted for its step wells. This one is also free to visit. It is about a 5 minutes walk from the market. The whole thing is like an incredible M C Escher work of...More

It's beautiful for sure, but the same problem here too, not maintained at all and this one is for free. Its should be a good place to visit in monsoon.
