An ancient site which has been claimed to have sage Valmiki's ashram. The temple complex is being thoroughly refurbished and expanded with the funding from the government. A calm and serene place which is usually not too busy.

This temple is situated on Lopoke road and is dedicated to Lord Rama.The temple complex comprises a hut and a tank.There was also an annual fair held at the ram tirath temple.

Recently renovated and everything of this temple is very very different that others one. Big lake, great architecture with nice colour. It's a must to visit place & I'm sure everyone will be amazed... Highly recommended

Ram Tirath Temple has been fully renovated with beautiful lightings which is worth visiting once you are in Amritsar. This ancient Temple has historical background of Luv-Kush birth place ...Sita Mata resided here. This place can also be included during visit to Wagh Border.

It's newly renovated. It has turned into a very beautiful area. They have also installed a gold figure of swami valmiki ji.

the road was quite okay. it took us less than one hour to reach .we had a full day taxi so cannot help you about taxi fare .

We travelled from Amritsar 3 persons in a Autoriksha which charged us Rs.650. Taxis are also available and I was told that the price would be around Rs.1000. Tourist buses are there who take you around the city for full... More
