Ram Tirath Temple has been fully renovated with beautiful lightings which is worth visiting once you are in Amritsar. This ancient Temple has historical background of Luv-Kush birth place ...Sita Mata resided here. This place can also be included during visit to Wagh Border.

Very beautiful place, surrounded by water. Not crowded. But found it very difficult to go around the temple as construction was going on and it was a very hot day.

The temple is off the city limits but is worth going as you will enjoy the wheat fields and Punjab villages en-route. It is the tallest Hanuman idol.
