A very well set up Sikh museum on the great Maharaja Ranjit Singh with wonderful paintings and diorama's of the General but it needs some upgrading and investment in making it truly a modern museum.

Ranjit Singh Museum is awesome, offers panoramic view with awesome sound effects, that takes you to era of Maharaja's battles. There is a children park - Fun Land adjacent(nominal charges entry ticket based) to this museum. A must go for families.
Ok place to visit on way to border ceremony. Several galleries of historical information on region - most with dioramas. Also has a fair amount of military history for those interested in this subject.

I didn't find the museum quite attractive. Informations are illustrative but not well presented. Also, the panaroma on such a great Hero of Punjab is too noisy and same gunshots repeated over and over again without much history telling and without link to the display....More
