On the eay to wagha border seeing this building is a visual treat!!! Its so magnificent but tourist are not allowed to go inside! It was a palace of maharaja ranjit singh before getting converted in to a college in 1892

Probably not as its exam season in India and college will not allow any outsiders........still there are free days in between exams and you can try your luck then.

Yes...You can just walk into the college and see the campus but during college hours....only students can go to the library.
