This is a very poignant reminder of bravery against aggression and depicts a little Fiat 500 crushing a tank at the spot where the Fiat defiantly stood in front of a tank during the recent troubles in the former Yugoslav area.

A little out of the way on a bit of a nothing intersection, I wouldn't really say it's a disappointment, but it's quite close to it. The sentiment it expresses - the oppressed weak taking on the oppressive strong - is laudable, however.
It looks interesting, like a modern sculpture, but the real meaning is a story of the beginning of the 1990-ies war in Osijek. That's what makes it interesting. Most of us from Osijek are emotionally attached to Red Fico.

Simple but self explanatory, car looks in better condition than when it was built😀. Seriously though, it is an excellent monument to represent a single action amongst many of the brave people who were resisting another attempt to suppress their freedom
