There are some more interesting museums of Veliko Tarnovo, like the Prison museum and the Historical museum - they all can be visited with a bundle ticket. The yard behind the building is very romantic, with some columns and statues and resembles an Italian patio.

Well presented historical exhibition covering periods from antiquity to modernity. Rich collection of historical material and trained museum workers. There is plenty to see and learn.

Very nice building in a perfect location. The museum is a must see. The garden in from is a piece of heaven.

This 400 year old stone and wood house has been tastefully restored to its former state . Interesting to wander through but our guide gave us too much information! Interesting that they used a heating system in the bedrooms rather than open fireplace

We stopped by for 30 minutes.... They have a few nice pieces and it was nice to pay/contribute the admission fee to help the museum
