I went there with my wife for the Bienal book fair. This is a major book fair held every 2 years.
The location was good but some big problems.
1. Extremely expensive restaurants. A meal that you could get for 20 reais at any botequim in town was 55 reais a dish. What a rip-off! And the meal was nothing to write home about, with tough chicken.
2. Too many people. The venue was so full you could hardly move around. I am handicapped and they very kindly supplied me with a car, but there were so many people that I had to stop every few seconds to avoid hitting someone. The children were the worst. The duration of big events like the Bienal should be longer (ideally a month and not just 8 days). As the last one was not held due to Covid, every person in Brazil and his brother had only 8 days to cram into this immensely popular event.
3. Very poor public transport. No bus to downtown, and the bus station with connection to the Underground is over a mile away.
4. Poor signage. The letter identification of sectors was poorly arranged and often not visible. I got lost there a couple of times. Colour coding at eye level would be much better.
Overall a snazzy venue but has serious problems. Not worth it. Next time I'll give the event a miss.

Right space for small shows, as every conference centers in São Paulo is a place with limited service, like restaurants, public transport, this on is particular lucky since quite close to the subway a center norte mall.
