This is an excellent service at less than half the price of an Uber, more spacious and the drivers are very helpful and friendly. Having used the service twice in the last month when travelling from GRU (Terminal 3 and then 2) to the city centre the service is smooth and problem free. It stops at all three airport terminals and also has a separate service connecting to the domestic airport at Congonhas. The only downside is that the timetable is not so frequent from GRU but that is a minor point.

My flights changed last minute meaning I needed to get from Sao Paulo Congonhas airport to Sao Paulo Guarulhos airport. I was travelling on my own so I took the coach. It couldn't have been easier, the staff were lovely and it was very good value for money!

In order to avoid a frustrating odyssey, I strongly discourage passengers arriving at São Paulo Guarulhos Airport, to book an ongoing domestic flight out of neighboring Congonhas Airport. Though there is a “free shuttle bus” going, usually hundreds of passengers are queuing up, so it will take you several hours before it is your turn to board the bus. There is also a paid bus shuttle for a reasonable fare and there are airport taxis, which are rather expensive. The drawback of both is, as soon as you leave the airport you will run into a traffic jam which extends the 1 ½ hours ride towards indefinite. There should be also a train, but the construction works were never finished, so it ends about 7 kilometers from Congonhas. If you prefer not to get stuck at the Airport Terminal, missing your domestic flight, I suggest to book your ongoing flights directly out of Guarulhos.

The Bus is on the High side of price From Barra Funda to GRU. Uber may be 80 Reales while the bus is 50. but Uber may be faster than the bus. If you are in a hurry the best bet is a Taxi- It will get you there faster since Taxi use Bus Lanes Only, and they are right there waiting for you . Tim is the Key

Show your Latam airline ticket and get the bus for free, from domestic flight to your international flight: very easy, get on right outside the terminal at Congonhas and you will be dropped off right outside the terminal at Guarulhos airport!

The bus itself is fine. BUT.... on both occasions I used it recently (Jan and March 2019) there was a huge queue and not everyone was able to get on. As it only runs once an hour there is a significant risk of missing your next flight. The website recommends you allow at least 4h to transfer between Congonhas and Guarulhos - you may well need it! At Congonhas the bus departs from outside the terminal - just look for the blue and red ABS bus stop. At Guarulhos you need to go to Terminal 2. Exit the terminal, cross the road, go up an incline ahead of you and look for a long bus stand going off to the right. There are about 20 numbered stands and its not very clear which one you need to take. Best to ask.

The bus from that connects both airports, Congonhas and Guarulhus, is free.
They leave hourly.
The Latam bus leaves Congonhas every full hour and Guarulhus 20min to the full hour.
I would suggest being 30min early to be able to get a seat and not to have to wait for the next bus.

The bus offers a great service to connect both airports. There are free buses offered by some airlines (Latam, Gol, Lufthansa, Avianca), however some of them do not offer a good service. Last Saturday 30th of July 2016 there were at least 100 people to take the Latam bus, I deceided o pay 35 reales for this service and was great, specially if you are in a hurry.
