Amazing 360 degree views of Rio, and of course the statue itself! Crazy busy, but you have to see it! We took the train - way too far to hike in our view!!

I highly suggest hiking down from the monument. Very shaded, thick forest and peaceful. Takes about 1.5 hours. God is in the place.

Amazing place but no limit to number of visitors so you cannot move for selfie takers. Honestly hundreds of people. You can barely move.

Though we went on a cloudy day it is an excellent piece of architecture. Worth seeing. Get very early if you can otherwise stay in a long queue.

Santa Teresa
Santa Teresa is a bohemian enclave hosting many local
artists’ studios. The narrow, winding streets of this
neighbourhood were revitalised years ago, and visitors
can now stroll through this area to view magnificent
mansions dating back to the late 19th and early 20th
century. A highlight not miss: Museu Chacará do Céu, a
former mansion turned museum which houses works by
prominent Brazilian modern artists.
