During our city tour in Brasilia we crossed the Lago Paranoa in the van. Its an artificial lake made during the construction of the city. Residential areas and the official residence of the president are located in the vicinities.

Clear waters. Nice for paddle boarding and swimming (in protected areas only so you don't get run over by a boat!) Not very crowded this time of year.

I never rented a boat ( my father had a small one) and I never heard about places who rented them at the Lago Parania
