Allegedly this is one of the world's most beautiful beaches... but it's not just the beach! The whole resort is wrapped in the dunes surrounding the town; the streets are sandy gaps between the lines of bars, restaurants and shops, all leading down to the stunning beach. I've visited more beautiful beaches, but the overall experience of Jericoacoara beach is... More

A big beach but with a lot of seaweed, a little bit dirty. Not so impressed. But it's okey and a lot of restaurants

Its a very touristic place, far away from any civilization, no cops (just 1), no rules, full of tourist, no danger, lots and lots of restaurants (witch i love), lots of caipirinha, and everyone is having a good time. I just came back, and im planning on going again with gf and big group of friends, what a nice place.... More

We loved the region, beautiful clean beaches, awesome restaurants and night life! One of the only beaches in Brazil facing west, so you can watch the sunsets on the dun a do Por do Sol... so worth it! My only complaint is that we are traveling with my daughter and very often we get wiffs of marijuana smoke.... very unpleasant.

But much harder to get to... If you live nearby, by all means go. But if you are from sao paulo, don't waste your time. Unless you windsurf.

Beautiful beach and surroundings, a must visit for beach lovers and adventure seekers. Avoid the Xmas/NYE season, it is full of Brazilians looking to get inebriated and listen to terrible music. Go there during the kite season July - Nov.

The beach is really uncomfortbale, the tan bads are wooden and unpleaseant, the see is far frim the good resorts on the beach. The water is not clear, the wind is strong. Would rather go evrytime to the lagoons. Been here only once for an hour all week.

It´s a beach to relax, see a great sunset, take some drinks, practice some water sports, read a book, etc!

It is very dangerous walk along at the beach. Many cars (bugres and 4WD) ride from main beach to the dunes or other attraction. There is no supervision of traffic. All cars might ride as much as they want. I recommend you take care when walk on the sand. Besides that, Jeri has good restaurants and bars. But there are... More

If you travel in Brazil you have to come to Jeri to check out cool vibe and the Sunset one of the best.
