Very nice harbour in Sarande Albania. You can walk, have drinks or eat in diferent bars, in the evening you have a wonderful view on the ionic sea and the island of Corfu, on the other seaside of Saranda.

Lots of restaurants along the promenade and a nice place to stroll. Particularly nice at sunset with the lovely sky. Beach is not that great so head to Ksamil instead.
