This is a very nice morning trip with young children. Dogs are not allowed, so that might leave some families home. But lots of wildlife and ways to see frogs and birds.

This is a wonderful place for walking. The trails and boardwalk are nicely maintained. The wetlands are my favorite part of the walk. You never know what you will see walking the boardwalk.

It was a relaxing walk. I have walked through there twice. We saw some wildlife. The lookout tower was nice.

Level, easy walk on smooth gravel and boardwalk through mostly wetlands. Adequate parking with $2 voluntary contribution. Lots of birders and photographers and mosquitos! So don’t forget the insect repellent. Very pleasant.

Nice park with hiking trails for the casual hiker. Trails consist of primarily of crushed rock so very easy to use stroller and dogs are welcome but not on the boardwalk areas. Trails are not real long, maybe 1 1/2 mile.

We went here with our aunt to get away from the bustle of the city, and it gave us a break from reality. It's hard to get away in the big city, and this is the spot to do it. As soon as you walk...More

The park is free, but they recommend giving a $2 donation. There are some paved and unpaved trails, a museum and shop.

Growing up my family called this park the "Beaver Park" because of all the beavers that call this park home! Great paths for bird watching and also snakes, turtles, frogs, tadpoles and of course beavers and their dams! It's awesome if you do see a...More

I'm afraid to write too good of a review so that this quiet corner doesn't get suddenly flooded with visitors ;) But it's too beautiful not to share. Huntley Meadows is one of the largest green expanses in the area, and it's great for a...More
