We stopped by the Muster Grounds and had a very educational time. The person who was handling the visitor center was very knowledgeable about the "Over Mountain Men".

We arrived shortly before closing, but staff was still friendly and provided information about the site. Visitor's Center was small, but informative. Walking the grounds was enjoyable. Staff stated they are still working on restoring parts of this site...so check back for improvements and additional...More

I took a group of students to the Muster Grounds . They took time with us and had two docents there in traditional attire ...the kids had a really good experience and learned a alot !
