A lot of information. I liked the fact that they had actual pictures of the neighbors and their memories.

A very interesting stop to learn about former resident Norman Rockwell and how he integrated with his neighbors often using many (still living!) in his paintings as well as his over all national success. Plus the shop sells Norman Rockwell prints, puzzles and other such...More

Norman Rockwell used his neighbors and family as subjects for most of his drawings. Next to each magazine cover was a letter from one or more of the residents who were in the picture. They described Norman and his kindness. Fun to see pictures of...More

While visiting Sugar Shack take the opportunity of viewing the Norman Rockwell museum. He sure to check the event calendar for days when you can meet with models used in his paintings when Norman Rockwell resided in Arlington. There are prints of your favorite paintings

This is an unexpected find in a place you would think only sells maple syrup. The exhibit takes up half of the building's space. Although there are no original Norman Rockwell paintings, there are great displays with copies of his paintings, along with stories from...More

Loved visiting the Sugar Shack and loved the Rockwell Exhibition. It was wonderful seeing the pictures of real life people next to the Saturday Evening Post covers.

Was a nice view but it was much better when the Exhibit was in it's own bldg. in Arlington. Better layout and awesome host was there too

Best display of pictures with comments I've ever seen. It is obvious the Arlington Community and Norman Rockwell had a deep connection.

Having moved from its home in the old firehouse to the Sugar Shack some things have changed. There is a huge display of magazine covers produced by Rockwell as well as a gift shop area with prints, magnets, and other items.
