This guided tour of the Westcave Preseve is amazing. You'll see plants, trees and, maybe, some unusual birds. Once near the Grotto, it's a given, that there will probably be a snake! Proper attire is a must.

Long lines to get in, limited persons for visitation, bring own refreshments, and food. Limited bathroom access. Must be careful when walking around as could be slick. Can take nice pics. Water is refreshing. Must be a good swimmer.

Visited in January. Be sure to take the tour that is on the weekend-led by friendly and knowledgeable people to an area not open to the public.

Unfortunately public transit does not come out this way. Your best bet would be to take a Lyft/Uber - rideshare application, although it may be pricey.
