I like the the clothing and the towel they provided but not the service. I had a horrible massage experience even my husband told me he was not relaxed with the ambiance and the massage given. I told my therapist not to massage my neck and not to give me a hit on it because of I have high bp sometimes but she did and even give me a crack style hit on my neck that a chiropractor should only do. Hence, I still gave her a tip for the time she spent. All in all it was just an experience but not a returning client. The food buffet was not reasonable because the food was not sufficient for the clients they had for the day. My husband and I did not able to eat at all because there's no food on the tray and what we had was only a rice and macaroni salad. The coffee is not overflowing.....Your 1200php is not satisfying at all......not recommended. Not a returning visitor anymore

When we arrived at Wensha Banawe Branch we were asked to avail 2 additional packages to get accommodated even if we have already availed two vouchers from stardeals. I don’t recommend spas like wensha. Scam. No wonder your rating’s low.

We had a reservation at 5 PM, but we arrived early. The front desk didn't greet us happily. I was the one who even greeted him first. I liked the buffet and the 60-minute body massage. HOWEVER, I thought I will continues to relax in their sauna and jacuzzi as those are part of our package, but no.
The lady in-charge at the women's locker said to me that I was only allowed in their one sauna and I wasn't allowed to use the other one and the jacuzzi. She didn't even tell me the reason why because I know it's part of our package. I got frustrated since me and my boyfriend had been looking forward for our reservation to try Wensha Spa FOR THE FIRST TIME and that's the first impression they gave us?!
I just don't understand why is the service like that. Customers are going to your spa to relax and yet, these cases happen. It saddens me that customers are leaving unsatisfied and irritated rather than relaxed. You should also prioritize feedbacks as it will help the spa and your staff improve. It will help you learn from the mistakes and avoid making it happen again. I just hope no one will experience the same of what I happened to us earlier.

After more than 5 years of not visiting it, I decided to go back to Wensha Timog to destress. Parking spaces were available. Parking attendants were helpful and respectful.
Upon entering the reception, I saw no major changes in the look of the old Wensha Timog. Good thing, receptionists were accommodating.
However, the locker room and wet area were smelly. These areas look old and tired. Pool was not working. The shower cubicles were okay.
Food on the second floor was terrible. Their famous shabu shabu tasted differently. The food selection offered very few dishes which should have been fine if they only maintained the quality. Massage was just okay. Massage room was equipped with a good aircon which is an improvement.
Overall, I won’t come back and won’t recommend this spa at all.

Honestly, the shower rooms and the main pool/jacuzzi area is like a scene from a horror movie with it's dim lighting. The steam bath is like those storage for meats(smells weird too). The sauna is dirty (even the glass window for it is dirty) and what's with tons of printed signs? No clear instructions of what should or what shouldn't be allowed despite the prints.
No changing rooms what a waste of space. The pool is old and the water is itchy. So many attendants yet only one accommodates you through out. ( and I mean for all of the customers)
But I guess kudos to the continuous supply of food. (Though getting seconds is out of the question)
The "body scrub/facial" area looks like a towel storage room made convenient. The tiles near the vanity mirror is dirty like those slimy after effect of a dirty rug.
The massage was good though. It's like the only thing that's worth your money.
Overall would not recommend Timog Branch. If I would try Wensha again maybe go to their other branch instead this one.

I would witness male customers performing Oral Sex with each other inside the steam room at Wensha Spa Timog Branch. I would immediately ask them to stop since it was plain and simple public scandal. It is a crime. I would admonish them and tell them why won’t they get a room in a motel than performing indecent acts in public. I reported it to management. However, this occurrences happens every time I am at Wensha already. Feeling so disgusted, I talk to the manager that I am already at my peek of outrage and repulsion! I told the manager that if I catch violators every Friday I am here, then this immoral and illegal acts must be being done or committed everyday! I presumed. From that time on, I never went back to Wensha Timog. I informed the manager that I think violators receive some kind of “protection” from some management personnels because this immoral and illegal acts continue to thrive. Truly unfortunate. Wensha was a decent place to relax in the past. Today, it has turned into a den were indecent and immoral acts are being performed at the steam room. Truly disgusting!

Worst Experience
We went to Wensha Spa Timog on 23rd of April to treat/pamper ourselves.
Here is our experience:
1. Food - Cold. I asked for Mang Tomas. The staff answered " Wala na eh!"
2. Not a relaxing place - you can hear the people and staff talking about their personal stuff, ranting about the management etc. Nakaka stress!
3. The foot massage room was almost empty. There were I think 5 customers having their services done. I asked if there is some who can do my nails. Staff answered " Meron, ggisingin lang." I had to wait for more than hour for the staff to wake up.
4. So at last, gumising na. When she was asking me what color I want for my nails, and when I picked a color, she said " Wala na yan. Iba na lang". So eventually we agreed on a color, she used hers as according to her, the management is not giving them enough supplies, so they have to use their personal things to serve their customers.
5. Mandatory Tip
6. Had to wait for more than 3 hours to get my massage done. Whenever I try to follow up on an availability, ladies on the front desk would just say " Tatawagin na lang. Mga 3 hours pa to."
7. When finally I had my massage done, we went home with a body pain.
It has been days, napaka sakit ng katawan namin. We could not move, or walk. Muscle pain all over.
This is not something I would want for myself. And I promise not to go back ever again!

I was planning to go there this weekend when i saw the reviews. saw the reply about tipping. Still regardless if the fee is not being shared with the therapists tip is a tip. By definition a tip is a gesture of courtesy and should not be demanded. Kung ganun pala do not call it as tip instead put into your ads that fee is just for the amenities and food and massage should be paid differently. So ending its not worth it pala. So its a false advertisement that the wensha fee includes 60min massage, food and amenities. So it should either be food and amenities lng pala or they should update the fee to include the therapist fee.

I and my cousins and niece will definitely not go back to this horrible place. Here's SOME of the reasons:
1. The lobby is under renovation..no security guard at the main entrance.
2. The whole place is dirty
3. Plates and other utensils at the buffet are wet. Not dried up. You have to wipe ur own plates with tissue papers to dry it up
4. Shabu shabu has limited ingridients
5. Dining tables are not clean..no tabke covers
6. Dining chairs are covered with used towels(?)..
7. Staff are not friendly and accommodating
8. Staff at the locker area are not cordial.
9.the jacuzzi tiles is not eewww clean
10.the toilet is not working.u have to use tabo to flush it
11.public toilet stinks.you know u r near the toilet becoz it really stinks even at a distance.
12. The massage room is too dark.
13. The area is noisy..instead of being relaxed..we were stressed with the whole experience.
14. You have to give mandatory Tip becoz they let u sign a paper with the amount of tip u will give to ue massage attendant.
15. Staff are not friendly.they lack costumer relations.
16. Pahabol..all the food tastes the same. Be it chicken , tufo, fish fillet, veggies, i only liked their lomi.

I came to wensha last Monday September 2 around 11:30pm.. i availed their usual promo, spa massage and buffet.. i didnt avail the buffet because the attendant told me that there’s no more food to eat so i asked her if i can refund the payment since i did not availed the buffet, just only the massage.. it seemed that they dont want to assist me since i came solo. The massuer ask me for extra service but i refused since i only came for the massage and for the food. I hope the management would look into it.

hanggang anung oras open ang wensha timog. last time na nagpunta ako 10pm. tapos sabi sa counter 1am magsasara na sila. thursday yun last week. tapos Wala ng masyadong food. dapat pag ganun kalahati na lang ang bayad. kc 3 hrs stay lang sa ayaw at gusto mo. galing pa ako ng pampanga.

sorry for late reply, but I'll still answer so people may know. No need for reservation. It's open 24/7. Of course, there are days and time that it's crowded which may be awkward for some to use other facilities such as jacuzzi. It's also good to check out if they have promos. Weekdays morning are the best time.

Hi. They have different packages in Wensha, but like I said, men and women have separate areas so I don't suggest this place for a couple. A spa somewhere in Rizal, might be better. You can look for it online.
