Actually with considering more than 2 hours car driving it doesnt worth it to go just for visit, Small pool at the middle of jungle is fun but long road and price make it my last option for next time The garden is clean, tidy and well organized You can even book the cottage their, i assumed maybe this one is better option The meal is Philipiono mostly with live light spanish music and korean also

We wanted to spend a relaxing day in Hiddden Valley. So we went there for a day trip from manila to there. We enjoyed the stay there. It was possible to relax in the warm water of the springs. The entrance was a little expensive but ok because the lunch and a snack in the afternoo is included. You are not allowed to bring any food or bottles into the are only bottled water is allowed to bring with you. All in all it was a nice calm relaxing day.

You really forget where you are here and forget about all your worries and indulge in the surroundings which is a beautiful green rainforest. I felt like I was in a Herbal Essence commercial! My boyfriend and I stayed here one night, went on a weekday and ended up being the only ones staying at the resort. The staff is friendly, the food was great and you'll want to eat even if you're not hungry as you get breakfast, lunch, snack time and then dinner. One night costs 12,000 pesos which in my opinion is overpriced but you forget what you paid for once you step into the pools. Our favorite was the warm pools. There are different depths and designs of the pools, various in size and some surrounded by a waterfall system. The walk to the hidden falls was really enjoyable and we saw a few new wildlife like various spiders and a lizard which was cool. The warm pool is open 24/7 however it is not well lit at night so we were hesitant to stay for longer. Also, they really are into isolating guests and there's no wifi and even cell service at times. I feel like wifi is essential now at resorts. Very beautiful resort and very enjoyable.

Last August 20, 2016 me and my family went to the resort and paid PHP 29,500 as fee for a "day tour" for 13 pax. After a few minutes in the resort the lifeguard asked our group to get out of the pool because apparently we did not meet the proper attire for swimming. Please note that before we got there we called their office to reserve our stay and notify them about our attire and asked if it was ok and they said YES. Our group are wearing board shorts, dryfit shirts and rash guards. My 86 yrs. old lola was even wearing a swimsuit. I tried to reason with the staff but failed. In the end I decided to walk back with my group at the front desk which was a 15 mins.walk approximately, with our lola. We were really disappointed and in the end they ended up giving us an apology for the misunderstanding and promised to refund our money. We were hesitant to leave without our refund since we paid in cash and literally has only been in their premises for minutes and we cannot comprehend why can't they just give us our money back. But we trusted Mr. Luis Gillermo Roxas's word who introduced himself as the Manager and owner of the resort. He assured us that he will process our refund and will be sent to us within a week. We have been following up every week for 2 months now and it seems like they have been trying to avoid us and their staff kept on telling us either he is not around or sorry, but no feedback yet. We then found out that there is another co-owner/ Manager at their Makati office by the name of Raphael Samuel Roxas who also kept on ignoring us so we decided to file a complaint with DTI, and as expected they did not show up for the mediation. We are now exploring legal steps we can take against this fraudulent company and it's owners so no one else will ever be victimised. This place is not even worth the trip. Do not waste your time or money. I regret the fact that i ignored the bad reviews and fell victim to this resort and it's scamming owners. I swear it only looks good on pictures! The pools are filthy and all there is at the bottom is mud. It's very small and crowded too. The showers are filthy as well and the cabanas are old and poorly maintained. The staff are rude and the rates are rediculously high and when you get out, you will feel like you've been robed.
