My family loved the beautiful sunsets, the views of the Bataan Peninsula's mountains silhouetted against the sky, and the frequent comings and goings of the large ships. The view up close was not so good, as the water near us (around the Harbor View Restaurant and U.S. Embassy) was full of trash and detritus. Just looking out at this body... More

I have never thought that a marine landscape can inspire you so much peace and rest. I found here during the day a huge hustle of those who have activities here, and in the evening the joy of peace quietly placed on the water's edge

What is Manila Bay? For most Filipinos, sunset is best seen from the bay. The sunset in Manila Bay is spectacular and unobstructed. The only thing that is not advisable to do in Manila Bay is to swim or even take a dip. Department of Health warned the public not to swim in Manila Bay because of various bacteria and... More

I've lived in Singapore, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, London and visited many cities but they have nothing to compare against the sunset of Manila.

Manila Bay sounds nice, but it was crowded and the view wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. It is a nice walk in the evening when it's not blazing hot out. This was more of a couples spot. There are restaurants all across from and along the bay as well as street food. You could easily enjoy... More

Lacking here are more al fresco resto not linked to any fastfood chain or inside the confines of a mall. Street food from all regions of the Philippines will be a welcome delight to experience at all hours. Although security must be increased.

Beautiful historical place to walk and stroll around. Near hotels and restos. That's where battle of Manila bay happened when the Americans took over the Philippines from the Spanish in 1898.
