Boring. As many other dinner cruises it is not existing. The food is not something you would do twice.

A dinner while cruising along manila bay and being serenade by an accoustic singer is not a usual experience and this Is what manila bay sun cruise has to offer. Be mesmerized by manila's sea side establishmens as they provide colors and lights as you cruise manila bay. The experience was extraordinary however, the food being served was just ok and average. Be warn though that as the boat nears the shallow part, a stench coming from the muddy part of the river might annoys you.

The cruise was booked through GrayLine. I asked if the printed price had a discount and was abruptly told no.
We arrived at 5.50pm as the sun was about to set - a sunset cruise should watch the sunset from the water, not the jetty.
20 guests sat on the top deck. We had an included ice tea, and a glass of passable white wine. They had no beer on board.
Soon after we left the jetty, we were told the food was available downstairs.
This consisted of a piece of fried fish, a chicken drumstick and some beef, plus salad. My dessert of a banana pancake was added to my main course plate!!
In the absence of beer, we had two very weak gin and tonics.
The guitarist was adequate but his speakers should have been turned down by 50%.
The published price for the cruise from Sun Cruises was PHP 1499 or $28. GrayLine charge more than double and the only extra was each way transfers - say$5 if we used taxis. For that price, I would have expected an all inclusive package, with better food and free drinks.
The whole experience smelt of “ripoff” - which is only beaten by the smell of Manila Bay.
Avoid a GrayLine booking for this tour (and possibly others!!!)

Sarap pakinggan pag sinabi mong cruise, lakas maka sosyal, samahan mo pa ng dinner. Expected mo talaga kahit papaano above average ang quality knowing the price is 1499/head. But this dinner cruise held by Sun Cruise, there is nothing special here. Except the fact na nakapag experience ka magcruise in nowhere destination. Food was literally like carienda-type foods. For experience lang talaga. Anyway, yung mga staff naman are polite. Pero isang puntahan lang ito, hindi ito yung tipong babalikan mo. :)

The dinner cruise travel was ok but the food is not that good. Need to at least to improve it. So if you plan to avail this dinner cruise not doing so but it's good for the experience lol.

The food not that great and limited variety of food in the buffet. It could be improved. The trip quite short not too much time to enjoy the food.

There was nothing terrible about this dinner cruise just very disappointing. Firstly, I didn't realise the "3 hours" started from the time of your pickup from the hotel. The cruise itself lasted approximately 90 minutes. The prepared meal was OK - nothing special and the drinks were warm. The entertainment was not entertaining. All in all - for what they charge, this was very disappointing.

Definitely NOT your expected SUNSET dinner cruise. It wasn't a 3 hour cruise as advertised, more like a 90-minute off to nowhere trip.
The dock stinks of course and the pungent smell won't go away until after half an hour into the ride. The food was HORRIBLE! Wine tasted funny. The entertainment...wasn't entertaining at all.
This place just straight stole our money.

I was surprised that we'll be celebrating a birthday here because dining in a cruise along Manila Bay would not have been cheap. We arrived at 8:00 PM and we had the yacht by ourselves. The food is okay but I was expecting a fancier meal. We had a plated meal and by standards, the price they offered was too expensive and could have passed on as a buffet but I guess they charged the experience too.
I did like the crew tho. The performer and staff were very polite. The cruise also gave a good view of the Manila Bay along with other attractions like the Mall of Asia Complex, City of Dreams and other tourist spots along the area. The breeze was cool that night but we came smell a waft of the polluted Manila Bay :-(
