As a surveyor I am fascinated by buildings . Whist derelict it is beautiful and I understand the exterior is preserved due to its importance . It's a shame more can't be done to allow access but it looks to be in a perilous state

Aduana is one among several streets in the walled city of Intramuros. It is teeming with history and great architecture. Nice walking adventure.

It is located in front of the BPI Intramuros. The Aduana Building is also known as the Intendencia, It was built to attract merchants but what is left because of natural disaster it is left to ruins. it was an old custom house.

Aduana is a street, yes - it is the Soriano Avenue in Intramuros - but it's not the attraction. Aduana actually is a colonial building also known as Intendencia which is full of historical accounts its been made part of the List of Cultural Properties...More

It’s just a road, perfectly fine because it was easily to locate. You will see a taxi or kalesa parking in here. So if you are looking a taxi this is the place where you can go because most of the transportation is in here.

What a waste... If the Intramuros Admin could be given more government support they can make this place useful yet tourist will flock and earn more for the govt...a crumbling building with no attraction to the young... sayang.. they can convert the whole Intramuros into...More
