This complex mobbed with people taking care of the daily business of Manila city. It is hot, crowded, smelly, and uncomfortable. No reason to go if you don't have to go.

The area isn't actually tourist-friendly but for true Manilenos, it's a place for relaxation. The clock tower here is one of the oldest structures in Manila City and is one of the few historical landmarks that survived the bombing of Manila in World War 2....More
