Its already GCQ but surprisingly they wont permit pregnant women to enter in mall, whereas last month is MECQ and MGCQ they permit everyone including pregnant, weird rules! how ironic, they let senior citizen and teenager pretending to be adult to pass and enter the mall. i only want to pick up some stuff to my online business to earn some extra this pandemic situation but they make things more hard to us..

Local shopping mall
Dec 2018 • Family
This mall is just besides the 168 Shopping Mall. The shops are selling similar stuff as 168 Shopping Mall, mainly attracting the local shoppers. The passageways are rather narrow, with the both sides lined up with shops. It makes the place even more crowded. We briefly walked past the shops without any intention of buying, hence didn’t really compare the prices. It is not as modern compared to Greenbelt & Glorietta malls. Not really worth to specially visit here, but can drop by if you are in Divisoria or Chinatown.

Great shopping probably best variety mall in Chinatown
Jul 2018 • Family
Visited here on Friday and today. Great selection of goods. Clothing lots of Western bigger sizes. T-shirts starting at 50 pesos up to 350. Electronics, swimwear, motorcycle stores, toys, shoes, bags everything is here and there are 2 pretty good food courts. Limited options for Western food but there are options. Easy to walk next door to 168 Mall or Lucky Chinatown Mall. Went with a 6 and 3 year old and shop keepers all very friendly maybe some a little bit too friendly. But we were one of the only Westerners. 100% safe and no hassles at all. Shop keepers warned us to keep hands in pocket and avoid showing wallets too often.

Items are at least 25-50% cheaper than in Makati which is still cheap. Ridiculous traffic and crowded later in the day towards afternoon 2pm. Best to take a tricycle for 50-100 peso out of area and grab a taxi or grab car from outskirts if not staying in area.

Good day visit on a hot afternoon.

Not that much information of where to look for goods that you might wanna buy, but if you'll search from corner to corner you'll surely be able to find items you are looking for, for a very cheap price.

There's a lot of stalls to look at and so many people inside but that whats make the visit good and thrilling.

Dec 2017 • Family
Very crowded with a lot of people outside the building as many stalls selling anything from clothes to food. The place outside the mall is a bit dirty but we have all the fun as we are so excited to go inside 999 Mall building. Huge building inside 999 Mall with a lot of shoppers and lot of goods.

Variety of Foods at the Food Court
Sep 2017 • Solo
Aside from being one of the shopping heavens in Divisoria, 999 mall is also known for its variety of foods in their food court!
Whenever I visit 999, I also look for great food especially those Chinese-owned food stalls. My favorites are shabu shabu, dumplings and other Chinese cuisines. Prices are affordable and foods are delicious.

A must try for food adventurers!

999 mall Divisoria, Manila in June 2017
Jun 2017 • Solo
Schools just opened and on this Thursday morning at 9.30 AM Mall still have few shoppers. Upper floor parking available for 50 pesos/ $1.00 for 3 hours, Additional hour is 20 pesos.

The adhesive ring for tablets is 25 pesos or $.50 each. For 100 pesos or $2.0 you can get 7 pieces.

The electricals are almost same price as sold in department stores and safety and durability is inferior.

A Shopper's Paradise

WOW! There are so many people and so much stuff to buy at great prices. You will get lost so don't plan to return to a stall. You will never find your way back. Not as many replica handbags as Greenhills but when you find the good ones, the prices are better and the merchants are more willing to haggle. I bought so much stuff I had to buy a second suitcase. This is the place for serious shoppers.

Great for bargain hunters
Dec 2016 • Family
Shopping at Mall 999 was exhausting but well worth it. Everyone in the family got something - shoes, clothes, perfumes. It's all there. The only major issue we faced as tourists was getting back to our hotel as taxis don't stop at Divisoria.

Just Curious
Nov 2016 • Solo
This is not as big as 168. Just curious to see the bargain inside. I was patient looking and haggling the items in my list. The only thing that I bought was a formal-looking backpack for my nephew at Php600. But felt bad because they were more backpacks at 168 sold at a cheaper price. It was a leranng lesson for me.
