Our family planned to visit our hometown in Pangasinan province, Philippines in January 2025. Coming from the USA, we decided to stay in Manila for a few days to do some shopping and do a Villa Escudero tour before heading to our hometown. There are 11 of us and it’s about a 2-3 hours drive from Manila to Villa Escudero so I decided to book a transport to take all of us there to make our experience easier and more pleasant. Luckily I found TDM - Tourist Driver Manila online. I coordinated our transportation from the USA with their Admin Officer in the Philippines, Cloue Araneta. She was great. She communicated well and got back to me promptly with the questions that I had about cost, payment, pickup time, what’s included in the package, etc. Once we were in the Philippines, Cloue set up a chat on WhatsApp between her, their driver, Miguel Chico, and myself so that we can easily coordinate the pickup from our hotel. Miguel contacted me on WhatsApp the morning of our trip to let me know that he was in the vicinity of our hotel. He got to our hotel nice and early on the designated pick up time (no Filipino time here 😁). He came with an 18-passenger van that fit all 11 of us easily and very comfortably. Miguel was great. He spoke English well and was helpful, friendly, polite and respectful. He drove carefully which made us feel safe, comfortable and confident on our trip to Villa Escudero and back. He even made sure to find a gas station with clean restrooms for a restroom break. Thank you, Cloue and Miguel for your great service. I would definitely recommend TDM to anyone needing transportation while visiting the Philippines. I rate our experience with TDM 5-stars out of 5. I hope this feedback helps anyone in making their decision easier when looking for an honest and reliable company for transportation while visiting the Philippines.

I have been using the services of TDM for many years and they have never let me down,and continue to be safe and reliable.
We had driver Ed for our several trips and Arnold also joined us for part of the journey as my wife requested his availablilty. This was because we have built up a relationship with Arnold over many years and it was initially just my wife who required pickup and she felt very comfortable with him, rather than a different driver. (BTW Ed turned out to be equally as good.)
Our plans changed several times due to a changing and evolving itinerary due to the church mission work she was undertaking. Thank you TDM for being flexible to our changing circumstances.
We had a roomy and comfortable Toyota Innova Vehicle and Ed was a very safe driver, not like some drivers we saw along the way taking risks and making dangerous overtaking man·oeuvres.
Out trip consisted of 3 legs:
1. Pick me up from East Ortigas for an overnight stay in Baguio. (Drivers stayed overnight) I enjoyed the company and sharing meals with the both of them.
2. Collect my wife from Baguio Strawberry Farm the next morning as she was arriving from Sagada for our transfer and stay at Las Casas Filipinas De Acuzar in Bataan.(Highly recommended historical resort)
3. Three days later collect us from Bataan for transfer to our hotel in BGC.
On all occasions the driver arrived well before our booked time.
Well done TDM and we will see you again soon.

Highly recommend for tours and transport services in Manila and surrounding areas. They have a great selection of tours and will also customize tours for you at request. You never have to worry about your safety as they only hire the best and nicest guides. We did three tours with them and one was done by Ed and the other two by Jess and they were all three excellent and worth the money. I would never use anyone else or never recommend anyone else in the area because there are a lot of bad companies and scammers out there and this company is not one of those!

Yesterday my family took the Villa Escudero tour. Jonathan was the consummate professional welcomed us with his hospitality and knowledge of the Manila area in addition the history of certain neighborhoods and provinces. He took care of my dad who is 94 years old while also making sure everyone in the group was comfortable. Jonathan is an asset to your company and deserves recognition for the impeccable service he provides your clients. I would definitely recommend Jonathan to my friends because he is trustworthy and honest. Jonathan was easy to talk to and made the whole trip fun. He deserves a raise.

Our 16-day trip included Luzon (Manila, Batad, Sagada, Banaue), Bohol, Cebu, Sumilon Island and Palawan. Everything was perfectly organized by Mr. Arnold Sanchez. He assisted us at Palawan, we had also 2 others excellent drivers Pedro and Jonathan and excellent guides - Brigitte in Batad (simply the best!) and Grael in Sagada. Everything was perfectly organized. We had beautiful holiday. We highly recommend the services of Tourist Driver Manila!

We traveled by day from Baguio to Kiangan, Ifugao via Ambuklau road. My wife and I want to thank Sherwin, Cloue, and TDM for your wonderful service.
Sherwin is THE BEST driver in the Philippines. The view along the Ambuklau road was breathtaking. The ride was comfortable, and we felt safe.
I will give a review on Google as well.

We went with TDM for a 5-day trip to Banaue / Batad and Sagada. The vehicle was comfortable, the driver professional and helpful, and all the program was arranged really well. Accommodation, local guides, everything was great. I would recommend the company for trips out of Manila and would use them again.

Some tour-destination ( jeepney factory) was taken off our list before starting bec. we got off ship later than scheduled time.NCL port clearance took awhile & walk to meeting point with too many crowds, heat & kids was not a breeze. The port terminal was congested with vehicles, people and quite chaotic. Hired vehicle with driver with TDM but owner went along, acted as guide which didn’t need since husband & I were originally from Manila. Wanted to show kids & grandchildren Manila old and new as it was their first time. Felt like driver was being oriented by owner since he was telling him where to go and streets to take. Should have clarified which parts of tour were most important to us instead of being driven around, sitting in traffic then owner saying no time, just drive by. Decided to skip Intramuros since it was to be drive by only (didn’t see the point) while we were sitting in traffic. We didn’t do the planned shopping at MOA and instead settled for Robinsons since it will take another 30 minutes drive further away from port acc. to owner. Our time in Manila turned out to be an expensive excursion, mostly drive by, spent sitting in van, waiting in traffic. Just feel bad my traveling companions didn’t like their Manila experience compared to all the other ports we saw during this 14 day NCL cruise!

Tourist Driver Manila (TDM) are tour guides specialising in private trips in and to the north of Manila in Luzon, covering the rice terraces, hanging coffins, the UNESCO world heritage city of Vigan - and much more. Cebu and Bohol itineraries have now been added too.
Tours can be fully customised and the guides have a network of local contacts at the main attractions who provide further information. Requests for stops enroute are accommodated without problem as are diversions to engage with local people and to understand local culture.
We took a 7 day tour covering the main sites and sights of northern Luzon from Manila all the way to the top of the Philippines at Pagudpud. This was followed by the countryside tour in Bohol which included the Chocolate Hills and then a 6 night itinerary around Cebu.
The big difference between TDM and other tour companies in the Philippines is that TDM staff really understand that many visitors don't just want a driver to take them to the standard tourist sites. They want a flexible guide who can help them to understand their country and the TDM staff are proud to do this.

I was a bit apprehensive at first. For me the issue of security and safety comes first. From communication to personally meeting staff I can honestly say my husband and I we were both very impressed with our dealings with TDM. The seamless process.
We have missed our connecting flight due to weather condition, but that did not affect the availability of staff at such short notice. I was told by Sir Arnold "just keep me updated with the new flight and we'll see you there". Maraming salamat po ulit! You made our day.
We would like to thank everyone from Cloue to Ed (who picked us up from the airport), Sir Arnold who picked us up from Bataan to the airport. My husband will see you in a months time for another pick up.
I would rate this company 5 stars plus 1 because it's totally beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this company TDM to everyone here in Australia and the Philippines who wants a fuzz free experience.
