This observatory is a bit off the beaten path but worth the visit. Can be a little testy if you have a fear of heights though. There are 360 degree views from the top. The top deck is outside and it can get cold and...More

I'm torn on this. On one hand, the view of Osaka is cool and the building itself is impressive. On the other hand, it's a. It pricey for a jaunt up in an elevator to an overpriced cafe. If you really want to see Osaka...More

Nothing much to see as it is only 42 storey high. If you have been to other skyline in major cities then you can give this place a missed.

Entry is free with Osaka Amazing pass. Not crowded at all when we went in the morning but potentially a lot more popular later in the day with its night views. You can comfortably find seats and enjoy the stunning view while relaxing even if...More

The Umeda Sky Building has an extraordinarily architecture. There are so many ankles to view it from the ground and take some interesting pictures for free. The observation deck, 1,000 yen, can be crowded, but the view (depending on the weather of course) is magnificent....More

What a lovely view! I came before sunset and stayed till after. I loved watching the sky change and the city light up at night. Be wary of visitors who hog the seat for the viewing area. If it happens, tell the staff. They were...More

Even though we didn't go up to the observatory itself, the building is very cool underneath to sit around and enjoy. Very nice atmosphere and not too crowded.

This observatory is definitely worth the view if you aren’t afraid of heights! The balcony on top is outside which is not for the faint of heart. We enjoyed being up there for sunset, and there is a cafe that serves some delicious ice cream....More

This is a 360 degree view of the city of Osaka. There are not many people when I went there with my daughter. We had a good view and took some gorgeous photos. The only complaint is it is too cold to stay there up...More

A lot of photos and google images will show you how picturesque Osaka can look from up here but what I'm going to highlight in my review is the excellent service provided by the staff for my mother who was on the wheelchair and needed...More

It is not free, but ticketing happens after you go up the building. There are four floors (including the roof garden) that are accessible after you go up the building (before paying), but the top two cannot be seen without... More
