If you love onsen, you'll love spa world. A huge place with theme spa that will make your body relax. I went almost everyday every time I visit Osaka. Highly recommended!!

I'm not sure of the age limit - although I did see fathers with young daughters in the men's section.

we went in with large bandaids on smallish tattoos but everyone is fake inside so no swimwear to cover tatts
