Welcome to Daidokoro Kawaramachi kitchen studio. Hands-On Cooking Classes in heart of Kyoto. Enjoy fun cooking classes, for all skills and levels people. We are located in Kyoto city, Sanjo area. It is very easy to access from/to tourist spots. Helpful and Friendly Staff with fluent English-speaking will teach you! You will have an intimate knowledge of "Washoku" -traditional Japanese cuisine-. An experience that will introduce you to some of the delicious dishes Japanese usually eat at home. And also, we have sake (rice wine) tasting course which are specially selected from all over Japan. Sake tasting course and Okonomiyaki course are no reservation necessary, so you are free to visit us whenever you feel like to do! The maximum number of the class is 10(without kids). During the class will offer you an overview of the foods of Japan, along with a discussion of ingredients and equipment. Each guest receives a complete recipe and enjoys a full sit-down dinner at the end of class, so everyone leaves full & satisfied! Don't miss a great chance to experience Japanese culture. You can bring the healthy and interesting art of Japanese gourmet home for your friends and family to enjoy!
