You could have a great view (mountain and sea view) of Kobe at 24th floor of this building. The best part is, it is free of charge and there were very few people on a Saturday morning. Be sure to check this place out when...More
Nice view and good place to think or daydream over a cuppa and a snack. The food is not that great, but it can satisfy when hungry... or have the sweeter fare with a cuppa if just in a "pause" kind of mood (recommended).
This is an unprepossessing building which one would not realise held such lovely views from the top.

Just next to Sannomiya Station in Kobe, directly south in a mostly office and work area is the Kobe City Hall, next to a similar but more smaller and wider municipal building. There are clear signs on the door and the floor near the elevator...More
