Many attractions and stops on Mt Rokko. Some for children, some for adults. Around October and November, Mt Rokko hosts an art festival called "Rokko meets art". VERY nice.

We took a cable car ride from Arima and landed in Mt Rokko. It was lovely and had lovely views interesting shops and many little restaurants. Very pleasant ride and place to potter.

It depends on the weather if you want to go to Rokko Mountain. Sometimes, it's very foggy. If you have only 6 hours to see Kobe, I recommend to ride city loop sightseeing bus. You will see main sightseeing spots. Buy a day... More
