At Sapporo station we met the guide and took a taxi to Sapporo Fish Market. There the guide showed us around and let us taste some crab meat and he bought live octopus still moving! Then we came to the kitchen and met our cheff....More

We had a very good time and would recommend this as a family outing. Although we saw interesting sites during the tour I would have enjoyed more information from our tour guide about the fish market (history, stories, Tokyo info, etc). The sushi making class...More
