This is a busy area with narrow lanes. Bargaining is a must as there are repeat stalls. Because of the crowds, keep children close by. This is a colourful market where vendors don’t hassle you.

This place is a wonderful experience at night. So many sights and sounds and smells. Lots of people bustling along, many strange food choices, scooters nearly running you over, bright colours everywhere. A very unique place to visit. So many different food choices.

The chaos in of vendors and customers creates a very exotic feel of the area. the variety and uniquess of food choices make it really worth visiting and walking at least half day.

Wide variety of tastes -- Muslim cuisine with a focus on lamb. Very busy location for street food and restaurants. It gives a very different view of Islamic culture and is very popular. The ancient nature of the city gives this sector a particular cultural...More

You can spend hours just walking around and seeing all the street cart vendors selling halal food. Just order and eat as you walk, or you can take a break by sitting in one of the many restaurants.
