There are two lion statues erected on the side of Neva Embankment in front of Admiralty Building, may be for the purpose of guarding Neva River. The spot is good for photo-taking particularly at night time when all the bridges are opened by mid-night.

Those 2 lions guard the river side of the admiralty. they are magnificent and boost the beauty of the area. one can get to a very close distance from the statues.
