It was my last day in St. Petersburg, rainy, windy, my umbrella broke to pieces but i could not skip this magnificent garden. It is so beautiful that one might think that it is a scenary in a dream
it is amazing place, do not miss...More
Next to the Hermitage with an entrance from the Neva side.
Statues doted all over the place... very pleasant.
In the winter months the authorities cover the statues with boxes to protect them from the elements... looks really strange!
I came here during autumn and so many of the trees had already lost their leaves, plus it was a fairly wet and overcast day. I imagine that in summer or spring it's much nicer. Still quite pleasant to walk through even in autumn.
