A great evening of folk dance. Very entertaining and colorful. The dancing itself was very well put together. Very enjoyable. Palace is also very impressive. It should be noted that there are many many stairs and no elevator.

The music and dancing were wonderful. The Palace is beautiful. The food was almost non-existent. There were some buffet tables with a few little finger-food items, and a bar with wine and juices. It was not dinner!

There is a grand staircase very wide wide steps not too high and yes they are handrails on both sides. I did not see any sign of an elevator.

I did not see a lift. There is a staircase to the first floor. I think the only option will be for someone to carry your wife up the stairs.
