This is quite a unique monument in honor of the soviet space explorers! A must see for monument freaks. Make sure you add a visit to the space museum underneath the collossal monument. A great and detailed museum with english translations of the major exhibits.

If you are making the effort to go to the space museum which is just below this, you will see this. Its interesting & unique but not worth a trip alone.
