This lovely church was built by the famous Matvei Kazakov, the ‘city architect’ of Moscow in the 18th century. Sticking to local traditions, the church is fairly small and has basically the same shape as the other, much earlier St. Triphon church. St.Philip of Moscow...More

Bright yellow church, hard to miss. Some very pretty architecture that is worth closer inspection. Not worth a trip specially to see but If you are staying in this area whilst in Moscow, this is worth a quick look.
