Just like the old arbat street, this place too is a tourist delight. Fab restaurants, branded and designer showrooms, plush outlets...this has it all. The prices are on the steeper side. But worth a dekko if you are staying this side of Town.

As with most cities around the world, Moscow has a touristy pedestrian area. While this may make you feel reluctant to walk down it, I've found it to be nice. There are lots of places to eat, especially foreign chains, but locals and tourists alike...More

We were told that this is THE street to walk in and enjoy the shops, but we soon realized this is just a busy and VERY noisy street with huge buildings and some shops. It can easily be skipped.

New Arbat is located in the Central Administrative District with many shops and restaurants alongside the busy street. In my opinion, it is less impressive than the Old Arbat street as far as strolling and purchasing of souvenirs are concerned.

The cafe's here are up more scale and franchised. Local favor isn't here, Plus near major roads and traffic can make conversion difficult,

Expecting this to be a busy and colourful street, it was a bit drab in the rain and quieter than we expected. However, given the number of eateries and souvenir shops, there is plenty to keep you occupied if the weather is better and you...More

one of the oldest parts of Moscow, avoid the crowds
