Worth a visit here. There are a lot of programs with english or romanian subtitles. The surrounding area of the building is is process of renovation, so the surrounding will look nice as well. Very close to the city center, and just at the entrance...More

i read many reports about this so I walked out of my way to see it it is a building most liekly built during the socialist era of no esthtic interest from the exterior maybe the inside is great but i never saw that
