This provincial showroom is exactly what every provincial display center should be. Although we found many/most of the products not to our taste - or too expensive for us - we walked out with many presents to take home as gifts and some for our house as well. Be warned, however, the prices are comparable to SM's Kultura section, so you will not find bargains here.

The ANP Negros Showroom opened a new outlet at the Robinsons Place City Walk last November (2011). The same local producers sell through the Robinsons outlet but the products and prices are more for the regular mall goers (not for tourists), hence tend to be cheaper than those at the main store. In my experience, there's more of real "Factory Price" in the Showroom at the mall, since the producers pay a fixed monthly rent and a small percentage of their sale. Tourists and visitors looking for small items for pasalubong for family and friends at home are more likely to find what they are looking for in the mall outlet than in the main store. The products may not be the same but the product range is - Negrense delicacies, t-shirts, fashion accessories, bags, keychains, silk from OISCA, lamps and other home decor, furniture and soft furnishings, laminated picture frames, platters and trays and other kinds of houseware. The ambiance in the mall outlet is also less daunting with a less crowded display than in the main showroom.

What I also like about the Showroom at Robinsons is the mall is perfectly located for those who are on their way to or from the airport in Silay. The worst of Bacolod's traffic occur in a short stretch of road in the vicinity of the mall (which you can't avoid because the alternate route is very much longer and the road is bad). The Showroom and the mall are perfect for waiting because when you're already in the mall, it is easier to time your departure. The mall is also great for travellers whose flights have been delayed.

This is truly a great place to hunt for souvenirs. From local delicacies to furniture, they have it here. What I love about this place is that local artists and entrepreneurs are given chances to showcase their talents by way of souvenirs. Innovation and creativity are visible in the products that they sell. And surely, one can buy something for their loved ones back home whatever their budget may be.

ANP is along Lacson St. so this is a very accessible place. Local transport pass by the showroom.

My friends and I were looking for nice souvenirs from Bacolod before heading to Cebu. We were directed to the Showroom. Bought couple of souvenirs from there but I can say, they offered higher prices. Their tshirt has same price with those in the malls.

Frankly, most of the handicrafts were shoddy and badly made with unrealistic prices. The furniture and decorative items were garish. We looking for small presents to take home but in the end bought nothing except some of the local foodstuffs. These were okay but most could be found in the shopping malls somewhat cheaper than here.

Although, we visited the Robinson's branch, i felt that the main branch would have been bigger with more items on display.
this place is very convenient as you can get souvenir items all in one place from masks, home decors, t shirts, magnets, and the like.
Since we stayed in goHotels, i really liked it that they had a branch in robinsons mall so it was very convenient for us, especially that we shopped at night time before the mall closes..

This place has the best offerings for people looking to bring treasures home from the Philippines. Clothing, tees, wood carvings, shell lamps, food, jewelry etc. they have it ALL! The prices are higher but you can't beat the convenience. Besides, everything is already inexpensive there so it isn't a huge deal that their prices are higher. I love this place and always shop there before I go home to the US.

It is a good one stop shop for local souvernirs. They have great items for sale for everyone but most esp household items, jewelry and clothes esp for kids. I love browsing around and always buy something. The prices are reasonable and not expensive at all. The food section has some favorites.
