The park was well-maintained. It's good for laisurely walks. The night lights for the 'B A C O L O D' sign could be improved, though. When we went there at night, the lights were inadequate to capture a souvenir picture.

Its a nice well-maintained and mukhang ginastusan na city hall. The lights at night are okay. Well maintained greens. Pang “mag-jowa” meeting place

The place is and should be picturesque but the area is not well-maintained. People use the lagoon as a place for jogging and at times a picnic place.

I love Cebu (defensive, lol) but this park in Bacolod is so much nicer and well-maintained versus the parks back home like the fuente circle. It does not feel also that you will be mugged anytime. You can jog here or just sit back and...More

I am looking forward to see this place as I miss it a lot this my hang out after school but some how I'm so disappointed the mess dirt I seen in this place so ruin it's a recreational park with out a beauty ...
