Osmena circle is well known everyone in Cebu. It´s basically just a small park covered by a very busy mainroad. Not worth it to watch

There are so many vehicles passing round this place everyday; traffic at times is really heavy, especially during peak hours. You can see different events taking place here. Sometimes, you see people jogging or brisk walking around it. There are many food chains, department stores,...More

Various events happen in this place especially on Sinulog (happens in January) and on Christmas. This is one of the places visited (technically passed by the delagates for an attraction) during the 2007 ASEAN Summit.

Fuente Osmena is a busy roundabout located in the heart of the city. There is no real reason to visit this area specifically, but most tourist will pass by on their way to places. Not highly recommended as a separate destination.
