If you are Cebu and you are doing the tourist attractions its a must see. Its near the Markets and also just across from the Basilica Minore del Santo Nino. You also have the Casa Gorordo Museum close by
Its a bit of History
It is just outside the Sto. Nino Basilica. Though the place is guarded, it is not really that sacred. There is no dress code. People come and go. Even group tours from other countries take pictures at the foot for posterity.
