Not sure if it is actually the cross belonging to the famous explorer Magellan but it at least symbolizes his discovery of Cebu.

This is a small structure. But if you are a fond of historical places you will appreciate it. It is near the catholic cathedral and around the area sells souvenirs stuffs

If you are Cebu and you are doing the tourist attractions its a must see. Its near the Markets and also just across from the Basilica Minore del Santo Nino. You also have the Casa Gorordo Museum close by Its a bit of History

It is just outside the Sto. Nino Basilica. Though the place is guarded, it is not really that sacred. There is no dress code. People come and go. Even group tours from other countries take pictures at the foot for posterity.

I enjoyed the espeirence of looking into the drawings which tells the history of Magellan's Cross. I will be glad to show this tourist spot to my friends who want to visit Cebu.

At least, you can take a bus from airport to Cebu city, SM City Mall. It costs 25php per ride. Only down side is that it operates only hourly....
