Very good: Very clean car with good AC - drive was fast and directly to the destination.
Improvement possible: Meet & Greet should be some welcoming words instead of hand sign to follow. Water should be offered for longer drive or a toilet pause.

Great, fast service. We ordered the transfer at 7 am, only 3 hours before we would arrive in Cebu airport because we didn’t have internet acces earlier but it was no problem and the driver was waiting for us in the terminal. The driver named Wendel was very nice and helped us get breakfast to go in the airport because it wasn’t possible to get any from our hotel. Nice car and the drive felt safe.
We will book again when we leave Moalboal.

From Moalboal to Oslob.
First of all their website had a bug so I had to start over with the reservation 3 times, then they contacted me on whatsapp and said they got multiple reservations from me because the website wasn’t working properly.
Second, the driver didn’t show up so I contacted the company and they sent me an other driver, but he was gonna arrive an hour late. I asked for some kind of compensation and I just got the response that the price was already low. When I tried to explain that the driver was still an hour late and that’s not what I paid for they just stopped responding.
Only positive thing to say was that at least the driver was friendly.

We are extremely alarmed by your statement regarding driver didn't show up. We take this situation very seriously indeed.
We have not had any record of such an event since we start our transport business. Unfortunately, that time you booked thru our site, we found that there was a small bug on the booking process especially on the confirmation page. As for the driver didn't show up, after our investigation we found out that your first assigned driver who initially accepted the booking was not using his Shuttle Daddy driver app, and that is one of the main reason why he did not turn up.
I am sorry for the one hour delay of your ride as we are trying to get a nearby available driver that time.
I appreciate that you contact and notified our end that issue. Again I am very sorry for the delay of your pick up.

Transport was not waiting when we arrived in Manila and arrived within 30 minutes after a number of phone calls. Transfer was 3 hours and comfortable. I paid to water bottles for the four of us travelling, but the driver didn’t have them in either journey. The return to Manila from Subic Bay was better with the driver waiting at our hotel and on time. Overall the first leg of the journey was not great at the meeting point, but everything thereafter was good, including the return leg.

The car was a new car and comfortable. The drive was 2+ hours long and the driver was patiently waiting for us at the airport and took us to the destination trouble free.

Needed to get from Moalboal to Malapascua. Emailed these guys and they were straight on the case and we arrived at agreeable arrangements and price. Good communication. The driver Roy was there as planned and sped me in comfort to my destination accommodating a few stops along the way.

We stopped the scooter rental service due to some reasons. But we can assist you finding one. In our nearby hometown in Moalboal Cebu, you can find cheap and good deal. Prices vary from model of the scooters. Usually around 300 peso per day. Let me know if you need help.
