After an extensive research on the best massage place in Cebu, we found this gem near the Ayala mall. It is a 30 min walk (even though google map said 11 mins) from Ayala mall and a quick 5 min ride w taxi. The spa was clean and had nice minty scent as soon as we walked in. We made a reservation for 3 people in advance for their happy hour special of 250 pesos per hr (mon-fri, up til 6pm). Such a good deal!!! My friends and I all loved our 1 hour Shiatzu massage. In fact, my friend said it was THE best massage ever in Asia (she is a world traveler) From my experience, Shiatzu was a combination of Thai (stretching, walking on my back) and Chinese pressure points. We all walked out happy and relaxed. Ask for Linda.. she was amaaaazzinngggg, especially if u like deep tissue/ strong handed massage.

I am in a Cebu for a week and my body is a wreck. I am very stiff all over and need a real massage. TripAdvisor and my hotel recommended Healing Point. I had a 2 hour Swedish massage for 550 pesos (11-12 USD) with Sally. She was amazing. She really worked out my knots. It was a very firm, professional massage. She knew exactly what I needed. It was one of the best massages I have ever had!

We went to this place because we were always satisfied with TripAdvisor's best rated massage places.
We paid for a 1h Swedish massage that lasted 45min including the 2min break they took and the moment they clean the oil off your body.
The massage was not even good, the place is super noisy, the masseuses keep chatting among each other throughout the massage, we can also hear people speaking at the entry.
I always tip between 50 and 100 pesos depending on my level of satisfaction. For the first time in my life I didn't tip. They tipped themselves by taking 15min away from our massage.
And when they noticed that we didn't tip, they cursed us in filipino. The masseuses were trying to flirt with me throughout the massage, calling me "sexy", probably thinking that it would entice me to tip. I found it uncomfortable.
The high ratings don't make sense at all.

Excellent price, excellent service, excellent massages and foot scrubs. Saw all the great reviews, came with high expectations and was so glad that our experience was also so wonderful.

Taxi drivers probably won’t know The Greenery Building, but if you screenshot a map and say something about Tom and Tom’s Coffee on the 1st floor, they likely find it.

My friend and I received very good massages here. The atmosphere is dark so it is easy to close your eyes and tune the world out. My masseuse did her best to massage the kinks out of my back. It’s not the most luxurious setting but for $15 for two hours, the value is fantastic!

My wife and I were in Cebu City for a week at the end of October 2017. We stayed at the Quest Hotel near Ayala Mall. One of the benefits of visiting the Philippines is getting real therapeutic massages for less than $10 per hour.

I am a big man: 6'5" and 240 lbs. The long flights sometimes kill my back, so of course we always look for a place to get massages.

We went to Healing Point Massage and here are my thoughts:

LOCATION: It is on the second floor of the Greenery Building on Pope John Paul II Avenue, but none of the taxi drivers knew the location. Just tell the taxi driver that the Greenery Building has a Tom N Toms Coffee on the first floor and they will most likely find it.

Taking a taxi from the Quest Hotel costs about 70 php ($1.40) each way. It might look like walking distance, but it is not.

COST: I like a hard dry massage because it really works the muscles in my back. My wife likes a gentle oil massage. We were both accommodated. Each one-hour massage was 350 php ($7.00). Usually spas will charge more for a dry massage since they have to work harder, but that is not the case here.

QUALITY: We visited Healing Point Massage four times. The quality varied for me because it is hard for some of the therapists to massage someone my size. But the last massage was wonderful. All in all, the massages here are very good and a great bargain.

ATMOSPHERE: When you enter the door, it is very quiet, with soft music and the smell of eucalyptus oil in the air. It is very nice and relaxing, but it tends to make my nose run while I am face down. Other than that, it is a very nice atmosphere and the therapists do not talk to each other while they are working.

PAYMENT: On our last night in town, I paid for the massages and needed change to tip the massage therapists. I usually tip 50 php on an hour massage, but the attendant claimed to have no change. I did not want to stiff the workers so I gave them 100 php each. It is unbelievable that they had no change but it was not the end of the world.

My spouse and I just had a trip in Cebu. Searched through the internet for a great massage spa and found this place on Tripadvisor. The rate was high on Tripadvisor so grabbed a taxi to look for this place. First, I took my husband and then my best friend. We were all like in heaven during our massage treatment. We were still talking about our experience at Healing Point Massage few days later. This was the best by far in all the countless massages I've had, and the best part was that it didn't cost us an arm an a leg. Guys, look no further.
By the way, this is their new phone number: 412-0953

When I walked in, I wasn't impressed with the decor. The scent of eucalyptus was very strong and kind of burned my eyes. I wasn't too fond of the Chocolate scented massage oil, but you never really smell the oil during the massage. The massage room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough.
Now for the massage...OMG I can't remember the last time I had one that made me write a mental review through the whole hour. Emily was amazing. I know a therapist is good when they use more than their thumbs to apply a strong pressure and I don't have to point out where it hurts, because the knots are obvious enough. As soon as she started her shiatsu routine she found all the spots. Then when she started the actual Swedish massage, she worked out those kinks in such an even and methodical routine. Before my massage I requested that when she got to my arms, she massage an area I was experiencing carpel tunnel. I was impressed with the time and effort she put in the right spot and I felt relief after. I thought I was being massaged for 90 min, but it was only an hour. I can't attest to any other therapists, but I'll update if I return. Request Emily.
