There aren't many expositions that stole my heart, but this one did. Situated at the second floor of the first Eco-friendly hotel this is something you must be looking for, definitely worth while. the exposition is impressive, pure, simple, heart warming and made my mind wander off to what really matters in life.
Paulina is world famous about her naive art and exposes abroad also; if you want to see everything this will take you about two hours . Suitable for kids as well as grown ups ( there also is a little playground for the littlest downstairs)
I recommend this to everyone.

How wonderful is it that Cebu houses the only Museum of Naïve Art (MoNA) in the country? That in itself is a reason to visit. MONA Cebu spotlights artist Paulina Constancia Lee whose works have also journeyed all over the world. She is a prolific artist who harmoniously combines different media and beautifully carved her niche in naïve art.
MONA Cebu is located in West Gororodo Hotel, Lahug Cebu. The space bursts with joyful images and vibrant colors invoking happy thoughts of fantasy and life’s most cherished memories. It’s like framing the everyday moments that make you smile and maybe even giggle.
MONA Cebu is an active participant of “Gabii sa Kabilin”, Cebu’s annual celebration of heritage through an exhibition of culture, music and the arts. It doesn’t have to be just an annual visit though, it’d be ideal to make an itinerary for city museum visits with family and friends and make this one of your “must-visit” destinations, or on a wistful day, make this your “joyful” destination.

MoNA is located in the West Gorordo Hotel and houses the works of artist, Paulina Constancia. In these times of darkness and uncertainty, Paulina's art conveys light and hope, with an innocence that reminds us of how things used to be or ought to be. Visit MoNa to lift your spirits; be inspired and renew your faith. It will be a short visit, about an hour or so, and well worth it. Even if you don't have much time in the city, try to squeeze this in - you won't be sorry.
