Umbrellas were provided as it was raining at the resort. We enjoyed the Butterfly Sanctuary at the resort. The buffet was lunch was not that good. We also visited the chocolate factory at the resort.

I think the entrance fee is pricey and it is sad that you cannot dine to the restaurant without paying the entrance fee. it would be good if they have that option. we ended just buying chocolate which tastes really good.

Hello, Vilma Z. We're open daily from Mondays to Sundays 8:00am to 5:00pm. Our Viewdeck Café extends until 8:00pm.

Hello hazel, outside food is strictly not allowed due to food safety restrictions. We do have restaurant facilities that can cater to your needs. Yes, pool access requires a separate fee from the entrance fee.
