About
The Philippine Eagle Center (PEC) is an 8.4-hectare area located at the foothills of Mt. Apo in Malagos, Baguio District, Davao City and situated within the Malagos Watershed. The Philippine Eagle Center primarily operates as a conservation breeding facility for the critically endangered Philippine Eagle and other birds of prey. Captive breeding facility for conservation
Feb 2020 • Friends
The Philippines eagle centre is a natural captive breeding facility established to conserve the critically endangered Philippines eagle. The park is well-maintained and the variety of species here would do a world-of-good for this endangered national bird. This is a must do picnic for half-a-day, if you are in Davao city.

Phil. Eagle Centre
Mar 2020 • Family
The place where they breed and take phil. Eagles which are endangered to refuge. It is far from the city proper which is a good place so that it is quiet. You could see them face-front and near. They are really amazing raptors. There are other animals that are also kept in this place such as owls and other domesticated possible and endangered species. A self walk tour is already sufficient to learn from this place. If you get the chance to drop by here. Please follow their rules and buy their stuff to support this foundation.

Remarkable
Jan 2020
I had time to kill and was directed to this stop. A nice ride through Davao City through the countryside to this park. Clean and inexpensive. Many birds of prey and well cared for as one can do in a confined habitat. So impressive to see. A must do.

Second visit
Dec 2019 • Family
I am always fascinated with large birds like the endangered philippine eagle. Nice place to visit if you want to experience a mini forest. I just noticed that the number of eagles is not as many as my first time visit 10 years ago. Don't forget to apply insect repellent as many insects would try to pest you otherwise.

A long way out of Davao, but worth the trip.
Lots of big birds, medium birds and animals as well.
Good to know your entrance fee is going towards saving this magnificent bird
