The tour is a good way to catch the giant lantern show in Pampanga. Our seats were in a good vantage point and it was really a nice touch to serve hot chocolate and snacks during the show. The local meal before the show was excellent and a good introduction to the local cuisine. The only disappointment was the no-show by a lantern maker to demonstrate how to make them. Otherwise, it was well-organized and highly recommended.

We got to live with a T'boli family who hosted us in one of their buildings which doubles as a traditional school. We ate what they ate, learned their crafts and heard their stories. Made me appreciate their culture which they struggle to keep while living in the modern world.

I can't remember exactly how I found Culture Shock PH but after visiting their website, i got interested in joining one of their tours. I started following the group and saw from FB their Kawit Heritage Tour. I got interested and asked some friends if they like to join the tour. No one sent their interest in joining, so I willed myself to book alone. I was quite nervous to go thru this but I told myself that this would be a perfect time to meet new people and somehow make new friends. The tour was indeed fun and entertaining through the stories and facts shared by our guides. I learned a few things which were not taught or read in the history books. Also, the pandayans and the saltern which I learned started way back was now slowly dying due to no one from the owners' family wanted to take over and continue the trade. I also appreciate the food that was served to us in this tour. From the snacks to our lunch. Our guides also deserves the compliment for their knowledge and the interesting facts that they have shared. This is my first tour with Culture Shock PH and my first time to tour solo and I am looking forward to join on their next tours. Thanks Culture Shock PH.

The Pampanga Food and Heritage Tour which our staff took last week was indeed, a gastronomic delight! Our tour guides were very engaging and pleasant. The tour's pace was just right, not jam-packed with too many activities, and lots of time to appreciate the culinary and cultural experiences offered.

Very well organized, great care and thought given to the activities and interactions with the local communities, all in the majestic setting of the rice terraces of Batad. Thank you so much for a weekend of fun, learning and appreciation!

Nice 4-in-1 trip! Immersion/hiking/outreach/vacay :) it's not the usual sight-seeing experience. The organizers also seem to know their job :) I definitely enjoyed this trip! :)

A very well rounded trip. It was my first time to join an immersion tour, and it was fun and challenging at the same time. Everyone was given a chance to explore and make the most out of the experience. Our guides are well informed and took care of everything.

My workmates and I went to Pampanga. We ate lots of food such as some delicacies and we went to historic places such as the churches. I personally loved how the tour incorporated stories and facts about Pampanga. I commend the tour guides (Osep and Joen) for being very pleasing and friendly. The tour is an extraordinary one as we knew more about the place not only by seeing how beautiful it is, but also experiencing it firsthand with its amazing culture. Good job and thank you so much for making our tour worthwhile, Culture Shock! :) -T. Pearl
