Was incredibly busy on Boxing Day - avoid going there on this day at all costs. Aside from that, MOA is always a fantastic place to visit and shop at. There is an abundance of stores and places to eat. You could spend the whole day (and wallet) here!

SM Mall of Asia, is a large shopping mall in the Philippines, located at Bay City, Pasay, Philippines, within the SM Central Business Park, a reclaimed area within Manila Bay, and the southern end of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA)
The mall is currently the largest shopping mall in the Philippines following the opening of IKEA Pasay City at the mall's complex. starting 2021, and the third in the world It opened in 2006
Following the mall's opening in 2006, it caused several smaller shopping malls nearby to close, such as the Pearl Plaza and the Uniwide Coastal Mall, both located in Tambo, Parañaque. However, this is changing with the rise of other malls and similar structures such as the Ayala Malls Manila Bay and W Mall.

The mall visit was on a Sunday. There were so many people it was dizzying. There are many restaurants to try and a large department store that carries local handicrafts which are less expensive than the "craft store" that is in the mall.

Very big mall with something for everyone. Great to spend a day walking around and shopping. I personally love the tech zone, but it has changed a bit in the past few years. It used to be all kinds of tech but now mainly focuses on cell phones and gaming. Anyway there are plenty of food options and the people watching is very fun.

A sprawling complex with an array of choices and a great place to hang out specially on a day other than the weekend. The choice of shops and food stalls is numerous. Items too are not overly pricey.

This is great place to spend some time out of the heat and get some shopping in. Plenty of stores and it’s decorated nicely for the holiday. Plenty of food choices and conveniently to get to. Well kept and orderly. They even have a ice skating ring!

Large sprawling shopping mall with most of the global brands
You’d expect in a capital city.
Food hall sells lots of noodles and rice dishes, as expected and pizza and fried chicken. Could t find anything that sold fresh fruit or predominantly vegetable dishes.
Be aware that you can’t cross the road to access the Mall as it’s so busy with traffic but each enters EC is services by an enclosed bridge and the Mall is air conditioned.

The MoA has been rejuvenated! It is truly amazing the amount of renovation that has taken place since the last time I visited there 16 months ago. It mall looks brand new especially in the middle south side where there is a play are for children, coffee kiosks, etc. It is still under construction and getting from the mall side to the Conrad Hotel, Hard Rock Cafe, Texas Roadhouse Restaurant, etc. can be confusing as the signage was not complete. It is well worth visiting and shopping there! Absolutely Huge! The food in Hard Rock and In TGIFridays is very good. I will be back the next time I work/visit there.

Hi. Do you have electric scooters for seniors citizens for rent while going around the mall?

Hi, I didn’t see anyone using any mobility aids. I don’t know if they have any available. The car parks are level access into the shopping mall via lifts, so there is access. Hope that helps.

Did not see any however most stores let you keep your purchases at their store until you are done with your shopping and ready to take your shuttle back to the hotel.

I was staying at a nearby hotel so I left my luggage with the concierge while I visited the mall.
On their website
There is a place -Goto: Visitors Info > Package Pick-Up
- they don't mention it on there but just so you know there is a "Package Pick-Up" service
Some Taxi Drivers know about it, others may not. Just tell them it's on Ocean Drive and you'll be able to find it, it's sandwiched between two zebra crossings.
Also the cheapest way to get around is by 'Grab' taxi service - its an APP like Urber

Do the Optometrists in the mall accept prescriptions from the United States?

I guess you were talking about prescription glasses. If so, there wouldn't be a problem about this. They might even do an eye recheck.
Hi. Pinapayagan ba nilang kumain sa gilid ng SM MOA Seaside habang nanunhod ng view ng manila bay? thanks :)
