Mall of Asia Arena had some of the most relaxed staff I have ever seen. They were so relaxed and having their own conversation about politics they didn't notice me pour my own beer, put the money next to the till, make my hotdog and serve the customer behind me. Then they had the audacity to challenge me to as why I was crip walking to my seat without them viewing my ticket....yet the lady was watching a replay of Raffy Tulfo in Action..so she didn't really care did she.

This is by far the best arena for games. Comfortable seating, easy to access. Love the huge scoreboard that includes all the important stats on the game. Only sad part was that Ateneo women lost! Close to Mall of Asia so we could walk there for dinner after the games.

Watched Disney on Ice here. We booked the tickets online as per experience, its always the quickest and convenient way. Well, its the exact opposite here! If you book a ticket on line, you will have to print the voucher, and go to their ticket station to still get the actual ticket. What's worst is that, the security team here looks like they dont know what they're doing. There are 2 counters with multiple lines!! Online purchase of tickets will also cost you more!! They charge 100 pesos per ticket purchased online for convenince fee to undergo their inconvenient process!!! It was my first time to watch here and will be my last. The seating areangement also doesnt have leg room! If you book a seat at the middle of the row, the only way to get to your seat without bumping another person is by flying! Its impossible to pass within the row without hitting another person! I do not recommend this place and i feel robbed buying tickets online!!

Love the venue since it is huge and with ample airconditioing despite being filled up to the hilt. Inside is Starbucks coffee amd Snacktime if you need something to nibble on while waiting. What I like the most is its accessibility and close proximity to MOA and the airport thus transpprtation is not a problem

The Conrad has a covered bridge into the Mall. It is a long walk but no need to go out into the heat or rain. So many restaurants, shops and 2 large supermarkets are there. If you want to got to the extreme end I would recommend using Grab for 80 pesos.

The entrance was quite a challenge as there were extremely long queues and it took a very long time to get in. Inside, everything was fine but it was outrageous that all front sectors were reserved for diplomats (nobody stood!) and the prices they charged could give you a stroke. It's a shame there wasn't a space between the first row and the stage. Very unfriendly staff outside where we wanted to greet Celine and even her bodyguards gave the green light and yet we were forced to stand very very far away. In the box office they didn't want to upgrade our ticket for a more expensive category even though it was liberated 5 min before the concert.

I was with my 7 year old son and my 9 year old niece with no nanny in tow for a 6pm Disney on Ice Show last January 1.

First off, availabe parking options will have you cross a street. No available parking where you don’t have to cross a busy street with young kids in tow. Not a very safe venue for kids shows.

We arrived early, around 5pm, and the show started promptly at 6pm.

What was very disappointing was that 15-20 minutes in to the show, ushers were still allowing late comers to come in, disturbing the view of patrons who arrived on time. Right on our row at Lower Box 205 Row L, 10 late persons had to squeeze in to seats L4 onwards, only to squeeze out again because the usher ushered them in to the wrong seats!

Shortly thereafter, the rightful seat owners who were also 20 minutes late squeezed in, blocking our view of the show for a good 10-15 minutes in total. The usher even bothered me further by asking me to show him my tickets to make sure I was seated on the right seat! All these while the show was on going and after I have already been ushered by their very own ushers in to my seat! What an unacceptable disturbance for a patron who arrived on time.

MOA Arena should consider not allowing late comers to come in in the middle of a show. They should only be allowed in during the midshow break. Very unfair for on time patrons to be disturbed by other patrons who don’t know how to observe punctuality.

The Mall of Asia has everything that a shopper would need. You can find it here. After you have worked up an appetite, then there are hundreds of restaurants that you can quench that void feeling.

Very large and caters to all. Locals shop here so it is not just for tourists. Prices are higher than in other locations so know your budget and normal prices.
